Blue Cross Blue Shield and its subsidiaries (Ameriben)
Aetna and its subsidiaries (Meritain, EBMS)
VA/Tri-West
Tricare
Worker's Comp
Note:
Preferred provider status may not apply if your insurance plan third-partied out your mental health care. Example: Blue Cross/Blue Shield, depending on the plan, may third-party out mental health care to OPTUM in some cases. In that situation, even though we are a Blue Cross/Blue Shield preferred provider, we are not considered 'in network' for mental health provided by this third-party vendor. Check with your HR department or plan if you have questions or are unsure.We also accept other private insurances, such as United Health Care, but at your plan's out of network rate. In that instance, you may pay more for your counseling sessions.
We do not accept Medicare/Medicaid.
However, we do treat patients who have medicare/Medicaid, and those who do not have insurance on a sliding scale/cash plan.If you are unsure or have questions about your insurance, please contact the Office Manager, Lisa McBride @ 907-202-6448.
